"But...but...but...I thought the Koran taught that there is no compulsion in religion."
Evidently forgiveness isn't a popular word in the Koran.

Jeez...alcohol a sin punishable by death during the holidays.
Yet blowing up hundreds of people in suicide bombings is ok.
Now I get it.

More and more I am beginning to think that Trent Lott may have been on to something...
Just level the whole region and deal with the consequences later.
How are we supposed to reason with this kind of mentality?

In Wisconsin, California and maybe about 15 other states, you can also get copious quantities of beer, wine, and liquor by mail. :) I never understood the whole PA liquor board thing.

why do you always take two or more baptists fishing?

When was the last time some Baptist threw a grenade into a 7-11 for selling beer? Don't know if they were Baptists, but Carrie Nation and the WCTU did like busting stuff up with axes.
Apparently it's the difference between the Religion of the Prince of Peace, and the Religion of Pieces.

In all fairness, Christianity was very much like today's Islam back during the Crusades and the Inquisition.
It evolved, Islam has yet to.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen any dance halls burned down either.

Ahh . . . The good ol' religion of peace.
Or, in this case....pieces.
