Correct me if I am wrong, Gubamyster.
Isn't it a fact that Americans can't sue the government or state? Maybe there are special circumstances that you can sue but I don't know what they are. Does anyone know?
So far as I am concerned, I believe the illegals have more rights and privileges than Americans.

At the level of U.S.-Mexico negotiations, it's all show and no go," said Frank Sharry, executive director of the National Immigration Forum (search), a pro-immigration group. "It's a pretense of progress to appeal to domestic constituencies and there's not one serious issue on the table that they're negotiating

Many are still hopeful Mexican workers in the United States will eventually be able to come out of the shadows and have the same rights and privileges as others. Um...hello? 'Scuse me! Why doesn't Mexico just work on ridding their government of corruption, graft and other anti-productive things instead of sucking off the American cash cow? Wouldn't it make more sense for Mexico to work on its own problems rather than expect the U.S. to fix them?
Why can't we call this unending tide of refugees an INVASION?

#1 I think you must have their permission to sue them. Find the right judge, I guess is what it takes.

Well, at least Dan Stein got a little quote in.
I can't take much more of the "workers out of the shadows" dreck.

Many are still hopeful Mexican workers in the United States will eventually be able to come out of the shadows and have the same rights and privileges as others. Then give them all the rights that Americans have ---- but in Mexico!!! You won't see the Mexican government or it's leaders trying to get them any rights in Mexico --- which is why so many are dying to leave.
