Don't bet on it..... from a comment by a friend and her quotes she's a devout Christian and doesn't seem to be ashamed of saying what gave her the strength and serenity to handle this situation.... a belief that God has a plan for her. I'm humbled by a young beautiful girl having the faith and serenity that is provided by true belief in the Lord.

If a movie is made I doubt it'll highlight the Chrisian angle unless made by producers that aren't uncomfortable with that message. Of course it's just my opinion and I could be wrong.

I would like to see her succeed and become a pro surfer despite the injury. I have seen plenty of people limb impaired go onto higher things. She could still be the best surfer ever. Sounds like her attitude will also help ensure that.
