Wow, you mean have to obey the law or something. Nancy Pelosi must be having an extra period over this one.

she is probably having to take heavy doses of Zoloft to cope with it.

I have a problem with the concept that a business that contracts to other businesses is responsible for whether or not those businesses follow all the rules. Carry that concept out and I can be held accountable as an end-user if I shop at a store that dumps toxic waste...
When we sign for purchases in the military, we have to sign a statement that "to the best of our knowledge no ozone-depleting chemicals were used in the manufacture of the items....". Talk about a crock of **it. As if most of us have an idea of whether or not manufacturers are breaking federal laws...

Many news articles have stated that the feds have information obtained by wiretaps and other surveillance, that PROVES that wal-mart execs were in on this illegal activity.
did you see those news accounts?
To: LibertySailor
Spell it backwards.

what does Murder, Inc mean?
when I used to watch pro wrestling a lot, there was a group called Devastation, Incorporated on the old NWA/WCW circuit

The lawyers are going after WalMart because it has deep pockets, but it's still a dangerous precedent. In theory, every homeowner would be liable if a housecleaning service or painting contractor had an illegal on the job.
