Look at the tv! They are showing a white SUV ostensibly showing Jackson off to who knows where.

Hopefully he won't or can't flee, but between now and Jan. 9 anything is possible. I also saw the footage of him leaving the police station. They showed it on Fox. He flashes the victory sign and his hair is all bouncy and flippy.
