There are two factions to the British nation. There is the elected government of which Tony Blair is the Prime Mminister to the Queen. There is also the Monarchy which consists of the Queen and her Court. Yes Virginia, yet today the Prime Minister of great Britain is the Prime Minister to the Monarch.

You may recall the Enghish King that abdicated to marry the Simpson woman in the mid 1930s. He and his successor on the throne were reluctant to challenge Fascism. It was nearly too late in that contest for world domination, when at long last the Crown finally opposed Fascism and allowed the somewhat disliked Winston Churchill to form a government. The Abdicated King while in Paris even said nice things about Adolf Hitler.. It was disgusting.

There are two purposes for this state visit. One was to show the world that both the Monarchy and the Blair government were in full support of George Bush and the American efforts to destroy terrorism. The second and perhpas more important purpose was to show full support by the Queen for TONY BLAIR. She did that by showing full support for George Bush.

This visit for British consumption was the Queen showing full support for the foreign policy of Tony Blair.

It was to show both the US media and the British media that both parts fo the British Government and the majority of the British people do not support the media's Nevile Chamberlain style surrender to terrorists.
