<mild chuckle> Did they have some 'early retirements'?
Actually, NERC got on them pretty early about being understaffed and underpaid. Their operators were making less money that the transmission operators of most of the companies in their area. Plus, they apparently couldn't handle more than one situation at a time.
But there may also be some "early retirements" - I don't know. All I know is that I don't want to live in the town in which they operate. B O R I N G!!
