The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.

The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

I think so.

At some point last spring, the boy's schoolmates — apparently aware of his relationship with Jackson —

How else would they know?

And for God's sake, what did the mother expect????

Jacko is a jacka$$, but.............California has a track record of conducting witch hunts of "child molestors" based upon the opinion and musings of therapists (McMartin, et al, anyone, anyone...).

The word, "therapist" is made up of two words, "the" and "rapist".

I also smell goldigger here. If the parents are using their "cancer" child as a shovel digging for gold, they would not be the first ones to try that stunt.

Jacko is, of course, an idiot to even be around someone else's kids (given the history of allegations and his past legal settlement), but prosecute him for being stupid, instead. There is a law against that, isn't there? ;-)

There is always a chance that the age of consent will be retroactively reduced to 10 years old...this is California after all.

Here's a story mentioning the boy. Yes, a cancer patient.

Good chance. Steve Doocy was interviewing someone from Celebrity Justice on Fox's Dayside regarding this case and asked if the kid was in the Bashir video. She said very emphatically "NO COMMENT." I'd take that as a YES.

Cancer.....it's documented, isn't it, that stress worsens cancer?

If this is true, it is unbelievably deceitful and wicked.

Is it just me or do you others remember once upon a time the Jehovah's Witnesses claiming Michael Jackson as some kind of JW Michael the archangel???

The inmates will be serving justice over this one

Somehow I have a very difficult time SEEING MJ going to JAIL. Something about that has a ring of fantasy much like is pathetic cartoon like features.

Not to defend Jacko, but part of the story that disturbs me is the child being harassed by kids at school. I'm sure they all knew Jacko's history and probably said some pretty nasty things. Could this have affected the boy's perception of past events? Just food for thought.

Uh-oh! If this story is true, MJ is toast. No jury will hear this story and fail to send the little child molester away for as long as possible.

Of course, we have only "sources" for the story, so it could prove to be incorrect, but...

Since the 1993 payoff, the law has been amended to preclude the child from withdrawing from a case of alleged molestation. If you accuse you must cooperate and testify. A payoff won't work this time.

According to sources, the boy who made the allegations was a cancer patient whose "last wish" was to meet Jackson at a time that his friends and family feared his illness was worsening.

I remember seeing this on tv at the time, a giant media circus put on by MJ to show how 'safe' it was for little kids to be around him and how much he cared and how he still had so many fans. A big PR bid. Only a true sociopath could use an ill child like that to try to create good PR for himself. And now - big shocker, not! - we find that wasn't the worst of it. That poor boy (and his sib, too?, - a brother, I think) was drugged and molested as well? Ick.

Hopefully, his parent(s) has/have learned their lesson and won't take the payoff. Obviously, the payoff received to this point (bills, house, car) has brought them all only pain and suffering thus far.

In the 1993, Hitlery's private investigator Anthony Pellicano was hired by Jackson to conduct the negotiations with his victim and family. It was a "take the money or you'll be sleeping with the fishes" type negotiation.

it's not a good sign that they've hired the same lawyer who represented the payoff kid and his family

Looks like I'm not the only one who heard "Cha-CHING" when the article mentioned that fact.

From your link:

According to Jackson, not only do children like to be touched, but the superstar told Bashir he would kill himself if he could not be close to young boys.

hoping to convince them to drop their allegations by lavishing them with entertainment and further merriment.

A gay feeling...perhaps?

I guess we will see. I wonder if the parents are not uncooperative. Didn't I hear they were in lockdown or something. And did the kid from 93, chandler, ever give an interview?
