The 12-year-old boy at the center of the Michael Jackson child molestation scandal may have confessed to his psychiatrist that the pop singer plied him with wine and sleeping pills when he allegedly molested him, according to sources.

The boy has also hired Los Angeles attorney Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who represented the family of a 13-year-old boy who made similar allegations a decade ago, the sources said.

"There is plenty of evidence that Jackson is a pervert, and it is time his friends, fans, and others stop trying to make excuses for him before he hurts more kids!"

Provided, however, that the evidence against him is not corupted and manipulated by a therapist and his, or her 'question couch' and leud play dollies with make believe genitals. I agree that Jacko seems to be a pervert and I bet it can be proven, but if all the D.A. has is the 'reports' of a 'child therapist', then the case is already sunk.

Read about Kee McFarlin and the McMartin Case -- talk about a Salem Witch Hunt!!!

"However, adults do have to account anything they may done or not done that could have prevented a crime...."

Maybe that's true in North Korea and Massachusetts but not here.

I'm sorry. Granted that a rapist or a child molester is guilty of a crime but are you stating that we have no responsibility to protect our children from those who are alleged to have committed sexual assault? I am not saying that the perpetrator is any less guilty but I have seen where the person or the parents of a person who is a victim of a crime has to explain what they knew and when they knew it...

Doesn't excuse the criminal behavior but there are too many crazies out there.... It is best to play defense... IMHO

Amazing isn't it! The guy literally stalks his victims, lures them in, then pounces on them like prey.

IMO, NO 40 yr old man should be sleeping with a young 12 yr old boy in his bed. Even if it was a boy's own biological father, it is not appropriate, period ! Where are the parents of these kids ???? What are they thinking by allowing this kind behaviour with their children ?

The more I read about this the more I believe that Jackson was set up. Something here doesn't pass the smell test.

Keep in mind; if he's guilty, then he should face the music, as any other sicko pedophile would have to do. Hopefully he would have to do his time in general population where it seems that their moral code is better than the one the media is always pushing.

Oh yeah, one more thing, I wouldn't let my kids if I had any hang out with him.

I won't be at all surprised if it turns out that it was BOTH a set-up and an actual molestation. This mother supposedly said she "started to get worried" after she saw the Bashir interview. Of course, we're supposed to believe that she got worried that Jackson was molesting her son, but more likely she already knew that and was going along with it for financial gain (a little now, a lot later), and after the Bashir interview aired, with her son appearing as Exhibit A of boys Jackson enjoying "sharing his bed" with, she got worried that the authorities would be investigating shortly, and she'd better start cooking up her look-what-he-did-to-my-son-he-owes-us-millions story before she landed in the slammer herself.
