Oh my, Laura looks gorgeous, despite my shock at seeing an American woman in gloves.

Just a side note here...traitor John McCain is trashing both the energy bill and the prescription drug bill that President Bush is trying to get passed. Guess he missed his media face-time. He is working on being the media darling again. Guess he can't stand Hagel and Luger getting all the attention. They are disgust me.

When yoi are the one being toasted you acknowledge but do not drink. :) Always?

UGHHHHHHHHHH, is that a bow in front of her dress??!! WHYYYYYYYYYYYY!! She needs a new designer...PRONTO! Even ol' crusty looks better than those HIDEOUS bows! Doesn't do anything for her great shape!

Condi is one of Bush's most trusted advisors and a good friend. I'm sure that was taken into consideration by the palace when seating the guests.
To: Howlin
Always. In fact, if you are not already standing when the toast begins, you do not stand. Its like drinking to yourself. LOL

Maybe it's not a real handbag, but the British equivalent of the "football."
