$3,000,000 is not nearly enough.

The only thing that would shock me more than these allegations of child molestation against Michael Jackson would be finding out that John Kerry might have served in Vietnam (which I know he didn't or he would have mentioned it.)

How can there be a bail amount.
That is set at an arraignment, and last
I heard this nut hasn't been arrested yet.

Maybe he'll be balied out by the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

Sad that these children had to suffer, but I'm glad to see we'll be getting this freak off the street...

I can't see how any parent would let their child stay with Micheal. This is really a sad story.

Law was changed after last MJ case...
This case is different...
Children previously could not be compelled to testify in molestation cases, this is no longer the case...
LE had no knowledge of release of new MJ album...
LE has cooperative victim, unlike last time...

Can the children's errant parents be charged, too?
I wouldn't leave my kid with him, would you?

I think you mean Bond. Bail is 10% of bond, 90% of which you get back.

In related news Greta Van Susternen got a two-year contract extension...
