My thought exactly.. If he is taken into custody, wait about 12 hours, then watch every move he makes. This person has been living in a Never, Neverland his entire life. When the reality hits him and the drugs wear off, he can't possibly understand any extended period of time without comfort or freedom, let alone a 6' X 10' cell..
He'll post bail and won't see a cell right now. I guess his sureender is taking so long bcause he's atempting to withdraw the 3 million in cash, in less than 10,000 withdrawals!
