Jackson bail for Multiple Child Molestation set at $3,000,000!!! (Live Thread)

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Police who searched Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch amid allegations of child molestation were armed with an arrest warrant for the pop icon, NBC television said.
The network cited "many sources" as having seen the arrest warrant for Jackson when authorities swooped down on his ranch near Santa Barbara, California, on Tuesday.
The search, apparently for evidence related to child abuse allegations, continued overnight into Wednesday, NBC said.
Police said they would announce details of the search at 11:00 am (1900 GMT) Wednesday.
Jackson family lawyer Brian Oxfam confirmed reports that the raid was sparked by new child abuse allegations against the 45-year-old father of three.
"The search warrant that was served at Neverland ranch early yesterday morning indicated that there was a 12-year-old boy who was a complaining witness concerning sexual molestation accusations," Oxfam told NBC.
"We don't know the identity of the child, we don't know the specifics of the accusations, and to all intents and purposes, we simply are investigating this and we do not know what it is all about at this point," he added.
The highly publicized swoop -- which took place while Jackson was in Las Vegas, Nevada -- reignited suspicions that have been swirling around Jackson since he was accused of molesting a 13-year-old boy 10 years ago.
Between 60 and 70 investigators armed with a search warrant flooded the sprawling estate near Santa Barbara at 8:30 am (1630 GMT) Tuesday, Senior Sheriff's Deputy Tim Gracey told AFP.
The raid coincided with Jackson's release of "Number One," his first album since "Invincible" flopped last year.

"The Kobots are preparing to smear this boy and readying their defense of this pedophile. Jackson was set up. The boy deserved it. The boy knew what he was getting into when he went to Neverland. Blah, blah, blah..."
what a lame attempt to bring an unrelated argument to the thread.

Last time that Jackson ran up against this type of situation, he fled the country in a private jet and went to Mexico and then Europe. It took weeks to get him back.
Flo Anthony is on Fox. She said that she will not believe the charged until Michael himself said that he was guilty.

You are so very correct. The DA said that Geragos will be Jackson's attorney.
Geragos never met a scandal he didn't want to get involved with. Let's hope it doesn't distract him from the Peterson's case....let's hope it does LOL

He's not a white woman, he's an albino eunic.
I'm not sure you are right. I did a search on "albino eunic" and found these guys:

They have not sent anyone to Las Vegas to pick up Jackson.
It's so overwelming for everyone that they hoping he'll take the easiest way out....do himself in or hit the road..

Jacko and Kobe are sexual predators who are enabled by the cult of celebrity worship. Kobe=Rapist. Jackson=Rapist. Bubba=Rapist.

There is no civil case filed and no anticipation of a civil case. They have full cooperation of the victim.
Well that's good news. Last time, MJ bought his way out of it.

I'm thinking FLIGHT RISK was already presented to the judge.... The Sheriff, or the DA, of Santa Barbara County mentioned that there was a possibility that MJ left the hotel yesterday evening.
Freeze his assets, although I believe that he shuffled his money out of the country after the '93 payoff. He says he's bleeding red ink, but I don't believe it for a minute. He's sheltered everything for this eventuality.

I suppose MJ will surface in France, at a joint press conference with Roman Polanski, to complain that the system has wronged him.
He'll then retire to his villa in Provence and spend the rest of his career as a featured entertainer at EuroDisney.
