In addition, each agency will also conduct a 90-day review of all regulations adopted, amended or repealed in the last five years to determine if they are necessary, clear, consistent and are not unnecessarily burdensome or cause undue harm to California's economy. All findings will be submitted to the Governor's Legal Affairs Secretary. I don't expect the socialist folks who have infiltrated the agencys will find that there is any problems. Is there any way for private citizens to get specific examples to the Governor's Legal Affairs Secretary?

I don't expect the socialist folks who have infiltrated the agencys will find that there is any problems. Arnold is setting them up! After the review is over, if the agency throws up their hands and says "we've done a thorough review and we can't find any problems", then Arnold pulls out his list that Donna Arduin has worked up and says "Vat about dees vaste, und vat about dat vaste?", and then has reason to fire the agency head.
