After the review is over, if the agency throws up their hands and says "we've done a thorough review and we can't find any problems", then Arnold pulls out his list that Donna Arduin has worked up and says "Vat about dees vaste, und vat about dat vaste?", and then has reason to fire the agency head.

My understanding is that Arduin was "Speared" in the Assembly yesterday, mostly for not knowing what she was talking about. She apparently didn't even know that there is already a $15 billion dollar bond measure for schools on the March ballot.

I told you folks that it would take six months to a year for Arnold's people to learn where the bodies are buried.

There is someone who is ready, and willing to help who already knows. Too bad their egoes are too big to talk to him. Meanwhile, the bleeding continues.
