If Arnold does something about the cost of workers compensation I will buy an Arnie action figure and build an alter to worship it.

This is a good step. All Gray Davis rules are halted. We need regulatory relief in California. Is this something novel in California? In Virginia, every governor institutes a regulatory review process. They don't all complete it, but they all start it in some form.

I **** AM **** SO, **** SOOOOOOO **** DARNED **** H*A*P*P*Y ***** !!!!!!!!!! In lower San Joaquin Valley we have a new law forbidding us to light fires in our fireplace on deemed nights (last night was the first night).
FURTHER, there is a LAW stating that, after 1 JAN 04, it will be illegal to sell one's home WITH WORKING FIREPLACES!!!! If Mr. Schwartzeneggar can save us from these kinds of Hitleresque actions, maybe the man IS a "SUPERHERO"?

In addition, each agency will also conduct a 90-day review of all regulations adopted, amended or repealed in the last five years to determine if they are necessary, clear, consistent and are not unnecessarily burdensome or cause undue harm to California's economy. All findings will be submitted to the Governor's Legal Affairs Secretary. I don't expect the socialist folks who have infiltrated the agencys will find that there is any problems. Is there any way for private citizens to get specific examples to the Governor's Legal Affairs Secretary?
