There ain't nothin' closet about this here biscuit-n-gravy woman! However, I am a little perturbed that of all of the graphics I went looking to looking for biscuits-n-gravy these are the best I could find....
AND they aren't anything like we have......we break up our biscuit(s) on the plate and cover that with the gravy. Mom usually has two kinds - bacon gravy and chipped beef. She has a bacon and canalope on the side for anyone who wants it. I usually breakup the bacon into pieces on top. Mom cooks it every Sunday! Still brings us kids and the grandkids to visit!
