Anyways, I was amazed about two months ago. I got an old style twenty FRN in change. But it looked a bit different...
It is series 1950, signed by John W. Snyder. In excellent condition. Here is the caveat:
"This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private, and is redeemable in lawful money at the United States Treasury or at any Federal Reserve Bank"
I wonder if I take it to the bank, they'll give me an ounce of gold for it.
