I'm not dismissing evidence at all, I'm dismissing fiction. One of the sets of autopsy photos that have been leaked (there are two distinct sets that have been leaked and mixed and interchanged by various sides in the argument at various times) doesn't make any sense, it shows the right top of Kennedy's head to be completely intact when even the most casual viewing of the Zapruder film shows that part of his head blewup. Those photos aren't evidence, they're a lie.

The other photo which you refer to (which I can't find right now) is CAPTIONED in the autopsy report by the doctors to indicate that they have pulled the scalp back over the wound to show the location of the bullet hole.

And here is another view from the opposite side of where Zapruder was standing. It shows a spray of bloody matter being blasted forwards out of the exit wound.

Here it is. It shows the missing (blown away by the force of the bullet) skull fragments outlined in yellow. You can clearly see the gloved-fingers of the surgeon pulling on the scalp to reposition it over the wound.

Here is a very interesting set of animated gifs showing that in fact, at the time of the shot the bullet forced his head forwards -- not at all "back and to the left" like Oliver Stone said.
