I just read that Scott Peterson is to be arraigned on Terri's birthday (Dec. 3rd). We're going to have to keep making a lot of noise so that Terri doesn't get buried in the headlines again on her day! Whether or not the media covers it though, I'll be happy knowing that Terri may have one of the nicest birthdays that she's had in a while. If Michael and the courts let her live that long.

BTW, this is slightly off-topic. When I was getting myself familiarized with Terri's case a few months ago, I came across something interesting that I know is also pushing Felos along to get this over with as quick as possible. He's due to be one of a couple of headline guests on an "educational" cruise sometime in January. I don't remember how I found it (probably google or a link), but there was some form to fill out if you wanted to be on this cruise with him and someone else. It was like a continuing education type of thing, I think for lawyers or maybe just anybody interested in whatever he was to opine about. I'll take a guess and say it has something to do with "dying with dignity". If I can relocate it, I'll post it if anyone's interested in looking at it. But for real, he was going on this cruise in Jan. 2004. A court date would totally screw that up for him, wouldn't it!

I'm sure the judge would work around it. Professional courtesy, y'know.

On the other hand, if there was a lot of publicity, it sure wouldn't be a pleasure cruise for Felos.

OH HOW dissapointing!!!..I read this sentence and my first reaction is " they are ARRAIGING MS??????" YEAH>.......then realized I read it wrong...SP...:-((( wishful thinking I guess..
