In the letter above...I did not know that Bobby saw Terri before she was removed to the hospital at the time of her attack ( accident, according to MS ). It says he found her with her hands drawn around her neck...but the article by the 'writer' that nicomarlo posted, also above, says the writer found her with her head, face down, towards the east or hallway, and her feet and arms facing west-her body between the bathroom and (?) bedroom, or (?) hallway.
This is a big difference, imho.
The police report states that her feet and legs were facing west, not her feet and arms as you stated. The police report makes no mention of the positioning of her hands and arms, curiously.
