Seems to me-the people via their representatives via the govenor, in refining a law, have DONE EXACTLY what the constitution requires.....a VOTE to change the law. Seems the judges are living in an ocean of egomania, based on extremely suspicious motive on the part of MS and his attorney, crying anti-constitutional rhetoric, ie Terri's privacy, when they are doing EXACTLY the opposite....trashing their state's constitution and the newly enacted law.
Any Judge who continues to ignore the massive and overwhelming evidence pointing to MS as a truly sociopathic creep, who has VIOLATED, beyond a SHADOW OF A DOUBT THE FLORIDA STATE's LAWS regarding guardianship, will forever have the suffering of Terri Schiavo upon their hands. Forever.
Baird must be a very shallow, afraid man. And Greer, appears to have very untrustworthy people surrounding him....if it is true that his eyesight is failing.
If his eyesight functions enough for him to read...he is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for allowing the torture and virtual rape of Terri's right to rehabilitation and at the bare minimum, A FEW GENTLE PLEASURES, and needs he needs to be investigated for denial of adhering to the Florida Constitution, for violations of the guardianship assignment and elimination of evidence and affidavits CRITICAL to the life of Terri Schiavo.

I've been reading and catching up, but the fact that MS is already trying to get the bone scans blocked, speaks volumes to me. He is trying to cover his butt, and that weasel Felos...........makes my skin crawl.
