ANSWER: What the bloody hell is a "muddy music festival" I've been to some blue grass fetivals at the local junior fair ground after it rains, is that a muddy music festival?

2). I told him he had to be able to rescue me if I broke down in the Kalahari Desert.

ANSWER: Probably but we will never know because I have absoloutly no intention of traveling to the Kalahari Desert.

3). Lastly, I asked if he would be able to hold court with a bunch of politicians at a New York Arts Club dinner.

ANSWER: I'm sure the New York Arts Club politicians would love to hear me explain my southern conservative republican, pro-gun, pro-military beliefs in great detail. On second thought I'd rather be castrated with a dull butter knife, lets skip the artsy club and go grab a beer and shoot some pool.

I read your tagline and had to control myself from laughing out loue. That is a very clever take from the original.

Years ago, I met and started dating a woman, a government professional in Washington, DC. She is 17 years my senior. Even though I considered myself a conservative back then, she actually showed me that I possessed liberal thoughts on certain issues. After three years of dating and rounding off my rough edges, we got married - in 1990. It is now 13+ years later and we are still married. In fact, we married each other again in 2000 - this time in the Catholic Church. She came back into the Church and I converted to Catholictism. How did I treat her when we started to date? Like a woman should be treated - with dignity and respect. I made my mistakes but that comes and goes. I consider myself extremely fortunate especially working in DC, I hear the woes and lamatations of single, spoiled, women in their late 20's and early 30's talking about not finding the right guy. They seem to have no clue that part of the problem may be themselves.

I live and work in Las Vegas/ My job brings me into contact with a lot of women in this age group. If I were in the mating market, I would not consider anything except one of the Orientals. I watch all of these American gripers, whiners, malcontents, and know why they never find a mate. Then the Orientals come in, they are always on time, they look great, neat, clean, well dressed, and always have a good attitude. They leave all of their problems at home, and come to work, overtime, fine, they do not expect any special treatment. They always look so neat their clothes are clean, and pressed. Shoes shined, nails if not polished at least they are clean and well trimmed.

The Americans cannot get into the building before they start in wanting to leave early, cannot work, sick, car won't start, have to pick up the kids, have to drop off the kids, cannot tell time. It is not worth it.

In addition we have a lot of Asian customers, and the Oriental girls can talk to them, the American girls won't make any attempt to learn another language/ American girls, forget it. Unless you Dad is the V/P of the company you are going to be passed over/

I'm still with her; she is a good person and all and I care a great deal about her. But, unless she changes her ideas, I don't think there is anyway to raise kids with her. I'm not having children who think that Hiroshima was a cruel act of the USA or that Bill Clinton isn't a moral failure. She is actually more pure than I am, but embracing liberal ideas soils what matters most in a person.
