These memos are truly extraordinary. In one memo, the NAACP tells Dem Senators to slow roll the Sixth Circuit nominees until the affirmative action case was decided! In another memo, the left wing groups strategize about delaying the Estrada hearings because he is "Latino" and a potential Supreme Court pick.
Simply a must read!

If the idiot Geo Bush had appointed Maxine Waters as head of Homeland Security, the Democrats wouldn't have had to obey the NAACP. He could have appointed Jesse Jackson as Attorney General as well to avoid these problems. What an idiot!

I trust several Freeper archivists are making puter copies to preserve the record! The seditious democrats are now completely exposed yet their lapdogs of the alphabet media continue to under-report / non-report the turths of their butty's sedition. The Net is the only answer this freeper can see to this fifth column corrosion of the Republic.

I presume these memos were all obtained thru legal means - no hacking of computers or anything nefarious like that. If they have been obtained in less than a legal manner - it could turn into another "gate" which would overshadow the contents of the memos.

The real irony here is that Ralph Neas had started an organization called the Coalition for a Fair and Independant Judiciary in response to the conservative Coalition for a Fair Judiciary.
Seems Mr. Neas doesn't really want a judiciary that is either fair or independent, judging from these memos.

Excerpts from the memos were published in Friday's Wall Street Journal. What I heard is that a Democrat staffer suddenly got a conscience and decided that the public had a right to know about the influence of these orgasnizations on the nominations process.
These memos are all over the place now, but the Coalition website is the first to actually publish them in their entirety.
