Just curious.... Being that this is supposedly a 10 year old crime.... How does the statute of limitations apply?...
In other words, if this becomes a criminal matter, are there any technicalities that would prevent him from being prosecuted for all alleged offenses?

I think the statute of limitations would prevent prosecution for a 10-year-old crime. However, a current charge could be corroborated by a 10-year-old accusation combined with any evidence that now confirms that old accusation.

According to the news nets, this search doesn't have anything to do with the 10 yr. old civil case. But it might have something to do with recent allegations made by a 12-yr old boy, and also possibly the Pellicano tapes.

Another thing that tells me his money is slipping, it's taken HOURS for the Jackson PR machine to roll. No damage control out there, yet.
