Police were tonight attempting to persuade a protester to climb down from the front gates of Buckingham Palace.
The lone female demonstrator is thought to have climbed to the top of the metal gate at around 4pm unfurling a banner and what appeared to be the US flag.
Wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket, which is also thought to have a message on the back, she ignored police attempts to persuade her to come down.

Another example of dumb protesters making signs so small no one can read them. Not too mention, hanging US flags upside down and writing on them will really piss off a lot of Americans.

Wimpy security if you ask me. This lady seems harmless but the next one might not be. Jeeze they really need a little better security around the palace.

I say we give Britain to the French and Germans... and then we can just kick all their arses at once in the upcoming war.

My cousin and I used to shoot rotten eggs off of fence posts with our BB guns. If I can be of any assistance....

I'd go with a blast from a firehose. Not only would it knock the lefty off her perch but it would make arresting her a tad easier due to such a "shower."

At least it spares us the standard misspellings.
Doesn't she look a tad old to be climbing fences anyway? She looks like a grandmother.

I'd climb up the other side of the fence and hit her hands and feet with a hammer until she lets go.

You've got to admit, though, that it's a very lovely gate.

Imagine if someone tried this at the White House. Folks scale the fences at the White House fairly regularly. (or at least they used to). However they don't get much further than that.
