For anyone to have seen her on the morning of the 24th walking her dog, she would have had to have put on the same pair (or another pair) of tan slacks.

It doesn't wash. I saw a pregnant woman walking a dog past here last evening --- and I cannot tell you what she wore. I don't have any recollection of her attire.
