The Vietnam War did NOT start until the GOT resolution in August of 1964. That is when mobilization began. The "ADVISORY" groups that were put there by JFK numbered around 17,000 and of course the were NOT conduction search and destroy operations after the DEPOSING a dictator in South Vietnam. The whole comparison is for the weak minded leftist crowd.
