Consider that Christians dont separate their rights from God, and keep both out of mans reach. This has kept Americans protected for more than two centuries. The Christian faith serves the heathen because he can secure the family jewels with the Christians' rights. When the federal Government starts screwing with God, they are reaching for the forbidden fruit and screwing with everyones rights, in order to protect atheists who dont believe in any power above man.
Because of the atheists beliefs they have to believe all rights come from man and because of this they would submit to another man playing with their family jewels. That should give you the creeps.
Until this issue came up I was a Traditional American Christian only looking towards my faith when it suited me, usually at Christmas and Easter. Im still one offensive bastard, but I no longer hide my faith. Every perversion in the world is allowed to prance around and shove their crap in my face, so the hell if Im gonna hide my faith in the closet. If this offends people they dont have the courage necessary to claim their place with the Brave and the Free.
No where in the Constitution does it say that Congress has the power to protect people from others thoughts and words. Its insulting that people who need such protection demand a place in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Judge Rejects Plea to Return Power to Americans
(2003-11-15) -- A federal judge today rejected an appeal on behalf of the American people to restore so-called 'sovereignty' to the citizens of the United States. In a 12-page ruling the unnamed judge said, "the United States is governed by laws, not by men, and must therefore be ruled by those appointed to interpret the laws, not by the elected representatives of the people."
The plaintiffs, emboldened by the Bush administration's decision to more rapidly return power to the citizens of Iraq, had cited the so-called Declaration of Independence and Article I, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution to justify their contention that government derives its power from the "consent of the governed" through their elected representatives. They also alleged that Article III, Section 2, calls on the courts to decide cases under the laws created by Congress, rather than to create law using cases brought by activists.
However, the judge found neither of those assertions compelling, and ruled that "the United States will continue to live under the sovereignty of the judiciary until such time as the people are ready to govern themselves."

Who or what group is behind this organization? It certainly looks like something I could support but I would like to know more about it. I visited the site and it looks like a lot of good folks are sponsors but who set up this organization - who's behind it?
