>>Testimony this morning in Peterson's preliminary hearing on double-murder charges also included disputes over a paint transfer on his fishing boat and discussion of more witnesses who thought they may have seen his pregnant wife, Laci, walking their dog Christmas Eve morning. <<

Thanks Vel! I'm so tired of these dog-walking witnesses. Come to think of it, I think I saw Laci and McKenzie out walking past my house last Xmas Eve. Sheesh.

I'm tired of these "witnesses" also. Strange how they ALL saw her something she wasn't wearing!! Strange also how that her cell phone was in her car and her purse and house keys were hanging the closet. NOW we have to listen to this Conner was born alive bs??? I really really dislike Geragos and always have. He's dishonest, a blowhard and a media hound.

I haven't followed the timeline of that day very carefully -- is it possible that Scott drove off to "go fishing" to establish an alibi, *then* Laci really did walk the dog, *then* Scott snuck back home and killed her and left again to dispose of her body?
