I'm pleasantly surprised by the relative brevity of this trial. It seems like only yesterday that the trial opened, with Muhammad trying to serve as his own lawyer.
I'd say the trial lasted no more than 1/10th the length of the OJ trial. Let's hope it results in a more just verdict.

One of the murder charges alleges multiple killings within a three-year period; the other, that Meyers' killing was part of an act of terrorism. muslim terrorist.

The defense countered that Muhammad should be acquitted or convicted of a lesser charge because no one saw him fire a single shot... Yeah, right. HE just happened to drive to the various spots, plan escape routes, and let his little boyfriend know all was clear for shooting some innocent. Can't blame a guy for that, right? No one saw him fire a single shot. Conversely, no one saw the kid fire a single shot either.
Anyone got a rope?

Yes, I've been impressed with the efficiency of the criminal jusstice system in Virginia -- this is how it is supposed to work. If they had been tried in Maryland, they would still be trying to set a trial date.
