Just got off the phone with Msgr. Malanowski.  Only have a few minutes left on my lunch break, so here goes...

1) Terri is looking a heck of a lot better.  She seems more alert now and responds to different people in different ways.  She smiled at Monsignor when he spoke to her the other day.  She also seemed very alert.

2) Governor Bush is meeting with Terri's new guardian ad litem today.  Reportedly the guardian ad litem has faithfully visited Terri on an almost daily basis.  So he may turn out to be better than what was initially thought.

3) Terri's mom and sister will be on Oprah today at 4 pm.

4) Terri's parents are scheduled for Larry King Live tonight.

5) Please keep praying for Terri and her family.

Let's say the guardian ad litem comes down on the side of letting Terri live, which I don't think will happen.

Then let's assume that Baird strikes down Terri's Law, and the case is heard no more on appeal. Even if it is heard on appeal, those courts are already stacked against Terri and Jeb Bush.

So, if the law is struck down, there is no more work for Wolfson to perform as the guardian ad litem. That's what Demers told Wolfson when he was appointed -- told him that the position might not be in existence but a short time. So then it would be back to Michael R. Schiavo in full control.

Which judge said that there can be no taping of Terri? Was it George W. Greer? Somebody posted that a judge said: NO TAPING. Whoever this judge is must be a friend of Michael R. Schiavo and George J. Felos.
