Do you have a Kansas ping list? If not, do you know anyone who does?

Thanks in advance.

Without malice to Pfc Lynch, this story should have been told. Maybe FOX can make a movie of Miller and run it on their network.

Why is Miller still a PFC? A promotion is long overdue.

I like this story better than the Lynch story. I have nothing against her, I just prefer this type of story.

I wish I knew, and I agree.

PFC MIller was here at Ft Richardson this Veterens Day to visit and speak a bit. He was so humble, it was enough to make you cry....not like some loudmouthed babes I see on the TeeVee.

And yes, he should at least be a Sgt by now, don't you think?

"Miller decided to steal an Iraqi dump truck.

"And that's when I see the mortar pit behind the truck. Then they started to load and I just tried to shoot whoever had the round for the mortar. I shot eight and I ran over one. In my mind it was either me or them and in my mind it wasn't going to be me."

He ran over a guy while he was driving the Iraqi dump truck? I thought he never made it to the dump truck. I love these kind of stories but this needs to be a little clearer.

Pfc. Patrick Miller, 23, graduated from high school in 1998 in Valley Center, a town of 5,000 people outside Wichita.

The father of two children was a welder before joining the military in the summer of 2002 to help pay student loans, said his half brother, Thomas Hershberger.

Miller was captured in Iraq on March 23, 2003.

Video footage on Iraqi TV showed Miller answering questions in a shaky voice, his eyes darting between an interviewer and another person who couldn't be seen on camera.

When he was sent overseas, his wife, Jessa, and their two children, 4-year-old Tyler and 7-month-old Makenzie, moved from Texas, where he was based, to nearby Park City, Kan., to be closer to their family.

Miller's wife weathered her husband's time as a POW in seclusion. "This is just wiping her out," said the Rev. Ron Pracht, of Olivet Southern Baptist Church.

Pracht married the couple shortly before Miller's deployment.

Miller returned to the United States following his rescue and is currently stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado. His actions in Iraq earned him the Silver Star for valor, one of the Army's highest awards.

During a time when hope was hard to find, Patrick Miller found inspiration by singing. Over and over again he sang Toby Keith's "Red, White and Blue."

SS. And the dixie sluts can kiss my butt!

Yes, I would think Sgt would be appropriate.
