Why would the FBI have subpoenaed records of Scott's business and personal expenses.
It makes me wonder if it was done in regards to this case or possibly done for some other reason.

There has been some discussion about the FBI's envolvement in this and assuming it had to do with the Murder of Laci. I just went and read the article at posting #106 and in careful reading it makes me think the FBI WAS CHECKING BUSINESS RECORDS FROM SCOTTS COMPANY BEFORE THE MURDER.
At least that is the way I would take it since it says the FBI already had some records.

From Article Posted at #106: "Brocchini said he worked with the company to review expenditures Scott Peterson made to see whether they were work related. Investigators studied both personal and business spending -- some records of which had been subpoenaed by a the FBI, using a federal grand jury.

I think they were running drugs.
