They might not all think alike, but they sure do vote alike. Most of the people I know don't. And I don't know them from political meetings. Maybe it has more to do with demographics and jobs.

Statistics say that 90-92% of them vote alike. So there's no question about voting patterns.
I'm white, but I have asked Black friends about their opinions on many issues. They all defend the Dem party line. One told me that they would be ostracized from the community if they disagreed.
I think that probably some disagree, but few dare to be vocal about it. The ballot box is secret, so that "some" is probably not very many.
