To the extent that any nation-state is central, that would be Afghanistan. That's where AQ launched its attack from and I support our efforts there. Iraq is a distraction with no bearing on the problem. We are being attacked there because we are there.

So, you really believe Condi's nonsense that Iraq will deal a "mortal blow" to the terrorists? Oh please. OBL will still be alive (if he is, still) and his organization will still be functioning. Condi needs to look up the word "mortal" in her dictionary.
