I must've missed that. Can you point me to a post? All I heard you say is the old lame "Congress shall make no law" - I'm sure you know that Thompson doesn't have the power to overrule decades of incorporation jurisprudence - and "what law did Moore make" - I'm sure you know that Thompson can't single-handedly dispense with the notion of state action being unconstitutional, even if it were a good idea - kind of arguments. Can you state anything Thompson did wrong that he wasn't compelled to do by controlling law, or do you just think that District Court judges should overrule SCOTUS with impunity?

Maybe you lawyers have mucked things up so bad that it is unfixable. I hope not. Shakespeare's solution is not an attractive one for anybody.
