[history]
A Dover man who bought chicken soup from an outdoor food vendor has a bone to pick with the man who dished it out.
Samuel Gonzalez of Dover said he left his Union office on Nov. 30, 2001, and ordered chicken soup from Mahmoud Elmalah at a nearby food truck outdoors. After he had eaten a couple of bites, Gonzalez noticed a tiny skeleton floating in the container.

I hope he wins. That way I can sue KFC because I keep finding the bones of dead birds in my fried chicken.

"After he had eaten a couple of bites, Gonzalez noticed a tiny skeleton floating in the container...technicians determined the skeleton was that of a mammal - either a goat, a sheep or a dog."Supersized portions?

Well I guess he should've known that Arab cuisine includes sheep and goats.
OTOH, I'm a little surprised it could be a dog in there.

Gonzalez noticed a tiny skeleton floating in the container.... technicians determined the skeleton was that of a mammal - either a goat, a sheep or a dog. How many "tiny" goat skeletons have you found floating in your soup lately?
I could see it being a mouse....
Also, note the attorney's name: "Advokat." How fitting.
I smell a hoax.

Supersized portions?I hate to be {{ulp}} graphic here, but I'm guessing the skeleton had to be embryonic.

How many "tiny" goat skeletons have you found floating in your soup lately?See post 6. Just my conjecture.
There really is a lawyer named Jeffery Advokat in Morristown. He's rather well known here.
When I lived in Queens, I used to walk by the medical offices of "Doctor Doctor" on Queens Boulevard every day.

They got a hoax into the soup? Well, do you know of any other tiny, goat-like mammals that would fit?

I think the condom in the soup incident was a hoax.
But this one, I believe. What would you expect from a cook named Mahmoud Elmalah ?
To: shhrubbery!
Elmalah operates his food cart out of Kenilworth.Must be a dog...

NO SOUP FOR YOU!

Asking for reimbursement of his med bills sounds reasonable enough, provided they're legit.
