Many docs say that Rush's prolonged use of precription drugs requires longer than 30 days. It's not like quitting smoking.

(could be wrong, but doubt it)

I believe he's already been in for 30 days, as of yesterday, and I read last week he'd be in until somewhere between the middle of this week to next weekend.
I've read he's due back on the radio next week, hope he will take whatever time he needs to deal with this. I assume he is highly aware of the stakes this time around and hopefully being well-advised by his doctors... Sending Rush good wishes and hoping for the best! :)

What concerns me is that this has a medical component to the addiction. It wouldn't have happened if it weren't for a painful back condition.
What have they done to fix the back?

He might have to go back for a refresher type stay and if he does, let's hope he does instead of trying to tough it out.

If he is gone 30 work days ie 5 work days/wwek = 6 full weeks, he will be gone more than a month. Hoping this is the case.
