bump.
If we refuse to confront traitors in our midst, how will we ever defeat terrorism?
No person, no one, must be exempt from punishment.
We have permitted the clintons to commit treason with impunity, so why should it shock us that now all democrats think they can do the same?

Good point. Let's ALL disabuse them of that mistaken notion.
Let's each one let them know, this morning, that the issue has NOT gone away.
Treason never goes away.

Therein lies the problem.
We know who is openly treasonous (the RATs), but isn't the pattern of consistently feigned ignorance, malfeasance and benign neglect that characterizes the Republicans just as dangerous and bordering on aiding and abetting treason? I have preferred to think of the White House, DOJ and the leadership in the House and Senate as merely trying to walk a 'high road,' but this open assault on the Republic that has gone on for over a decade and has simply become too much to maintain any pretense of civility.
A pig wallowing in it's own excrement is fine when it is safely confined in it's pen. If that pig, however, is doing such things in the home of the farmer (let alone the inner sanctums of our Republic), then I see little reason to make a distinction between the farmer and his swine (or the leadership of the national parties).
