I'm confused.

I thought the reason there were no tolls was because these roads were built with Interstate Highway funds.

Let the North Carolinians charge people who use 301 or 17!

I have been paying New Jersey Turnpike fees for years. I also pay in Maryland. North Carolina has as much right to have a toll on I-95 as NJ.
