Blast heard in diplomatic quarter of Riyad, Saudi Arabia

A diplomat just informed Fox News that a blast was heard in the diplomatic quarter of the city. No further information was given.

Just got through!
I was able to call him and this time the phone call went through! He tells me that the explosion was in a housing compound but in the "Diplomatic Quarter". He's on the other side of Riyadh, in a heavily guarded community. He has no update on casualties or any other news.

FNC reports that Al Jazeera reports that a shoot out in the area of the blasts ... large fire in compound where he heard three blasts
