A diplomat just informed Fox News that a blast was heard in the diplomatic quarter of the city. No further information was given.

A western diplomat that a blast was heard in the diplomatic quarter... "it sounded near by"
not clear what caused that blast.
heard to shake windows in the area.

actually, if this is it... I'll laugh... blowing up a building in Riyadh (although tragic for the area) does more to antagonize the Saudi gov't than us.
