AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 7 — Five Austin police officers have been disciplined for going fishing while they were supposed to be protecting a power plant against possible terrorism.

Come on, they were obviously working undercover to ensnare unsuspecting terrorists into thinking they were just a bunch of harmless fishermen.
