Ah, thanks for finding it, too. It sure caught my attention! It reminded me of those scammers who manipulate circumstances so that other drivers will rear-end them and can be sued for nebulous whiplash or back injuries. This girl didn't just have 3 apparently serious auto accidents, she sued the other party in all of them. Don't most people just collect from the insurance company of the driver at fault?

Well, that all depends on how much money they want, and if the injuries received warrant that amount of money. If it doesn't that sets off a red flag to refer out to a lawyer. Also, if it appears to the adjustor/claims agent that there's a pattern (like with Jodi), it sets off another red flag. There's something called an "ISO Claims Search." They punch in the name and their SS# (I believe) and it comes back with every lawsuit/claim made.
