Well, that all depends on how much money they want, and if the injuries received warrant that amount of money. If it doesn't that sets off a red flag to refer out to a lawyer. Also, if it appears to the adjustor/claims agent that there's a pattern (like with Jodi), it sets off another red flag. There's something called an "ISO Claims Search." They punch in the name and their SS# (I believe) and it comes back with every lawsuit/claim made.

If Jodi is some kind of fake accident scammer, would having her own insurance company possibly facilitate that somehow?
