Bush has a strong pro-life record. Even Ronald Reagan refrained from speaking to the troops at the annual march on Washington, but W quickly agreed to do so. He is willing to go publicly on record as pro-life, which is regretably rare among national politicians.

Just for the record. PresReagan spoke by telephone to pro-lifers attending the annual "March For Life" in WashDC, each and every year of his Presidency. In his three opportunities, I don't believe PresBush has ever attended this event in person and I'm not sure how Bush addressed the event.
