Just for the record. PresReagan spoke by telephone to pro-lifers attending the annual "March For Life" in WashDC, each and every year of his Presidency. In his three opportunities, I don't believe PresBush has ever attended this event in person and I'm not sure how Bush addressed the event.

I believe he has sent personal videos to the event......not sure, but no President has attended these events to my knowledge.
