A grand jury in U.S. District Court has indicted a 37-year-old El Salvador man with a long arrest record on charges of re-entering the country illegally, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
This is like the drunk driver that gets arrested over and over until he kills and even then still drives!

Stratford police Capt. Harvey Maxwell said his department always checks on a suspect’s background with several agencies, including Immigration.Its good to here someone is on the ball. We need to replace Tom Ridge with this guy.
