The one thing I get out of all of this is that PFC Lynch is deeply emotionally disturbed, and the media has seized on that and are using it to the advantage of their own agenda. Everybody here needs to keep that in mind.
BTW, this is another reason why women do not belong in combat, but that's another story...

I agree with you. I was a service woman in the Navy for six years back in the eighties. Back then, I was restricted to the support ratings. All the things the military guys complain about is true. The NOW gang were determine to have women out in the front lines just like the guys. We are not physically or emotionally equiped to handle rigors of combat. The NOW gang had their grand experiment with Jessica and did a good job messing her up mentally and physically for rest of her life for their cause. We have to think seriously about putting our daughter's in the front lines especially in countries who treat women like dirt.
